Comments:

Lots of small cornice fall and loose snow triggers coming from off the ridgelines (D1 slides). This slide was triggered by a smaller slide. It appeared to be about a foot thick, failed a few hundred vertical feet below ridgeline but in a subtly wind-loaded area. Best guess it that it failed on a density change within the past 5 days storm snow or on the interface buried on Feb 11th.
