 Comments: Calm and mild. Skies remained mostly cloudy for the majority of the day with an hour or of direct sun in the morning. Despite lack of solar input, crusts on solars broke down by mid-day thanks to mild temps and greenhousing.

 Stability Test Results: ENE @ 8,000': ECTP37 and ECTN38 down 90cm on 2/14 FC+MFcr. PST 36/100 and 40/100, both to END, both down 90cm.
