BOTTOM LINE
Comments: Didn't really encounter any avalanche problems today. Rain to nearly 9,000' over the weekend and a solid refreeze on Sunday night had the snowpack locked up, for the time being. I suspect that a few days without a freeze will be able to bring wet issues back into play here. Wind slabs would have been an issue another 1000' higher in true alpine terrain if there was enough fresh snow around.
