  Cracking (widespread)   Collapsing (widespread)
MESSAGE
Comments: The skin track into Big Basin is in. But, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. I mean, we had fun and we were able to "ski" the whole way out, but there's not enough snow to cover the rocks at any elevation. We both hit more rocks than we can remember. There's snow out there, but it's thin.

We also experienced widespread collapsing, whumpfing, and shooting cracks up to 150'. There was not really enough snow to create a large connected slab, but I would bet that will change when we get more snow. I am definitely going to be on guard as the snow fills in... Notice the faceted garbage snow at the base of the snow pit in the attached picture.
