 Comments: Wet sluff released from an exposed rock point. 6-8 inch crown, looked like it occured this date, later afternoon. In west fork of Norton. Observed on our way out.
MESSAGE
 Comments: Sheltered areas with solar exposure starting to become punchy by later afternoon. The newest snow is sitting on an approximate 4-5 inch crust layer... this layer is easy to break through... approximately 2 feet of faceted, weak snow from this crust layer to the ground.
