Comments: Estimated storm total in Stanley of 60-80cm. To my knowledge it hasn't rained at all. A bit of visibility today allowed a view of some of the foothills. I saw a few persistent slab naturals, the most significant were across Highway 21 from the state shed (see photos). The largest was approximately 300' wide and 1-2 feet deep. The smaller one was around 75' wide. These ran just above Valley Creek on a SW aspect. D1.5-2 in size. There also looked to be a handful of storm and wind slabs, some of which had been obscured by new snow and wind. Plenty of evidence of low elevation wind with a number of cornices on low elevation ridgelines.
