Bottom Line

ECTP29 @ 48cm, Q3, 90cm below surface. Facets at ground were surprisingly a little moist, confirmed at 0.5% LWC with sensor; failure was above this, at the early December surface. Most of the facets are rounding and gaining strength, but seems we may still be in the low probability, high consequence situation.
