Went out for a quick morning tour near Galena on a south facing slope. Coverage was thin in some places but still found nice pockets to come down through. Pretty firm/fast underneath with some decent light snow on top. Surprisingly, did not encounter much surface faceting - assuming if there was some, the SH has been blown off over the last 24 hours with the winds coming in. We did not observe any cracking or collapsing, but are continuing to seek out mellow terrain that is not connected to steeper slopes out of an abundance of caution with this PWL.
