The large peppy band of AIARE level 2 participants were at it again today, this time traveling up the ridge line from Camp Creek parking area at approximately 13:30. As we climbed the ridge we experience the predicted moderate to strong gusts of winds with broken cloud cover. Around the upper Crystal Glade's area we dug multiple snow pits located on a NW (311*) aspect, 23* slope angel at 8,830' with HS 86cm and an OAT 4*C, moderate to strong winds. And our findings were:
