Observed Avalanche Problem #1: 
Persistent Slab
Comments: 
Educational tour Day 2 AIARE 1: snowpack and terrain assessment. Mainly experiencing whumpfing in low angle terrain. Had a ECTP21 down 65cm on a faceted layer 2-3mm 5cm thick--Old snow below Storm snow (HST 50cms)now No results on 12/11.
