D2.5 R4-R5Multiple Large avalanches throughout the elevation and aspect zone. Large crowns sometimes hundreds of feet wide and 3-4’ deep breaking off the entire storm slab. Based on light snow accumulation on debris fields, possible Friday afternoon occurrence.

Snow pit showed cohesive storm slab that was no longer light and soft. Large faceted snow layer near the ground with an icy crust at the top. Very cautious terrain selection. Warming temperatures up to 37°
