Observations

Overcast at 9:30am with light wind, increasing throughout early afternoon with snowfall. Almost 100% of terrain we skied was hard and crusty - NOT FUN. On Pilots Peak Ridge, 7200' NE aspect, 10deg at 11:30am: CTH 30cm from surface. December Facet layer seemed non existent.
