Signs of Unstable Snow

Did you see shooting cracks?
Yes, Isolated
Did you experience collapsing or whumpfing?
Yes, Isolated

Observations

Rode in sheltered terrain with the steepest being under 40 degrees. We rode on north facing slopes and were cautious on wind blown ridges and steeper wind affected slopes. Everything we skied felt very safe and we didn’t see anything that showed signs of deeper snowpack instability.

Advanced Observations
