Was snowing consistently, wind was N NW 5-10 mph, gusting to 15-20.

Advanced Observations

Observed Avalanche Problem #1:

Storm Slab

Comments:

ECTP 12 @ 37cm deep (193cm from ground)
Was light and soft, began compressing with every tap but had a planar fracture on 12. We stomped and cut quite a few 35+ degree slopes and roll overs and got nothing to go

Observed Avalanche Problem #2:

Wind Slab

Comments:

Observed SIGNIFICANT wind loading on south slopes and on ridge lines. Large cornices developed on the S & SW aspects
