Observed about a dozen D1-D2 avalanches in sheltered and wind affected, shaded terrain on the ride into 4th of July. Based on earlier observations and character of activity it looks like the foothill terrain in the White Clouds are behaving similarly to Baker Creek drainage. Based on depth and appearance of crowns they were likely failing on 12/11 facets.
