Saw a few fresh wet loose slides, but only one of any size and they were not widespread.

Bottom Line

A brief window of sunshine today and colder temps prevented a widespread wet loose cycle in the terrain I observed.

Clouds broke this morning around 10am, then moved back in around 2pm. By 3pm, very little sunshine was hitting the N Sawtooths.

D1.5 WL S-New Snow N-Natural May have been pushing D2 in size—hard to tell from afar. This was the only wet loose slide I saw of any size.
Natural wet loose slide on Merritt Peak in the northern Sawtooths. Likely occurred today (March 26th).
Numerous Steep, sunny, rocky slopes
D1 Saw many wet loose sluffs of the sort in this photo. They were very small, and would have been more numerous/larger if there had been more sun today.
Small wet loose sluffs in Marshall Basin

Did not see any slab avalanche activity.
