Skiing in tress with mostly 30 degree or less slopes, cam across a roll-over of about 38 degrees. No wind loading. Cut across above the roll-over and a small (250 square meters), soft slab was released. slab was 16-18 inches deep, and rested on old crust with surface hoar.

skied in the area avoiding anything >30 degrees. Aware of steeper gradient in the trees. Rollover at release point was 38 degrees. No wind loading. NE aspect.
