Observations

Heavy sun baked snow in the 35 terrain. After taking several turns from the top of the ridge, a small, slow moving loose wet avalanche followed in the path of the ski turns and stopped about 20 feet past the ski turns. This small and slow slide did not pose harm to us, but in steeper conditions (>35) could have picked up much more speed.
