Observations

6651’ SSE. HS 83cm, ski pen 20cm, boot pen 80ish. 30*
ECTP13 & ECTP14 down 47cm on brittle 2cm crust from mid December(?) Fist to 4f slab above crust, with 4f+ to 1f below.
Was planning on skiing S/SE terrain in the low to mid 30 degree realm this morning but this quick pit made me reconsider. Did not spend much time poking around but crust disappeared as slopes turned away from the southern end of the compass. Changed plans and skied W/NW instead, avoiding the crust.
